File privacy

Confidentiality

Private processing

Uploaded files are used to complete the tool action you requested and are not treated as public website content.

Temporary files

Processing files are created only as needed for the task and are cleaned up after the result is delivered.

Your documents are your responsibility

You should only upload files that you own, control, or are authorized to process. This includes business documents, personal files, contracts, invoices, spreadsheets, images, presentations, and scanned pages.

How files are used

Files are processed for the selected action, such as merging, splitting, compressing, converting, adding page numbers, applying a watermark, or protecting a PDF with a password. The service does not need to publish your files to perform these actions.

Download links

Some converted files are returned immediately as a browser download. Some preview-based tools may create temporary download data so you can review pages before saving the output. Temporary download data is intended only for completing that session.

Sensitive information

Avoid uploading documents that contain highly sensitive, regulated, or confidential information unless you are comfortable using an online processing tool for that document. For critical legal, medical, financial, or identity documents, review your own compliance requirements first.

Practical safety tips

After downloading your result, check that the file opens correctly, verify that pages are in the right order, and close any shared browser session if you are using a public or office computer.
